Nyvoxa is an online tech shop in Pakistan. We sell the kind of everyday tech people actually end up using - headphones and earbuds, smart watches, power banks, selfie sticks and tripods, ring lights and projectors, and small computer cleaning kits - and we deliver across Pakistan with cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
Add what you want to the cart and check out as a guest - no account needed. You can pay cash when the parcel arrives, or use JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer if you would rather pay upfront. We do not ask for advance payment to place an order. Orders placed before 4pm usually leave the same day.
Delivery is Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan and free on orders above Rs 5,000. Every parcel is opened and checked before it goes out.
You have 7 days from the day of delivery to return or exchange something. If it arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will sort out a replacement or a refund. There is no restocking fee and no argument about it. Items that stop working within the same 7 days are replaced on the same terms.
Warranty on a product depends on the brand and the part, and the exact terms are printed on that product's page. If you are not sure what a specific item is covered for, ask us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you straight.

We will not claim a product is original if we cannot stand behind it, and we will not list a warranty we have not confirmed for that specific item. If something on this site is unclear, ask before you pay and you will get a straight answer.
Nyvoxa is not a middleman. The same small team that lists each product also opens the parcel, checks it and hands it to the courier. That is why the store answers on WhatsApp during working hours instead of running a ticket queue, and why you speak to someone who has actually handled your order.
Every price you see is in Pakistani Rupees and is the price you pay. The delivery charge appears on the product page before you order, so the total is never a surprise at confirmation. There is no advance payment step and no card form to fill, because everything is settled in cash when the parcel reaches you.
Each parcel is handed to a tracked courier, so you get a tracking reference by SMS and on WhatsApp. Major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually receive orders in two to four working days, and the rest of the country in three to six. Cash on delivery is the default on every product. For orders that need a different route, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and direct bank transfer are available, with the account details on the Bank Transfer page. Every parcel is opened and checked before dispatch, so a faulty unit is dealt with here rather than at your door.
