Include your order ID so we can find your parcel without asking you to repeat anything. It suits delivery status, an address change, and quick questions about whether something is in stock.
Email is better for anything that needs a written trail, such as a warranty claim with photos attached or a business enquiry. The store is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm PKT and closed on public holidays. When you write about an order, include the order ID and the email used at checkout, and we reply within one working day.
