Business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
We offer COD across Pakistan. You pay only when the product arrives at your doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible — our delivery riders may not carry change.

Delivery is a flat rate nationwide and the exact figure appears on the product page before you order, so the total never surprises you. Major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually receive parcels in two to four working days, and the rest of Pakistan in three to six.
Every parcel is checked by hand before it leaves us and handed to a tracked courier, so you get a tracking reference by SMS and on WhatsApp. If you need to change the delivery address, tell us as soon as possible and before the parcel is marked out for delivery, because a courier already in motion is hard to redirect.
With cash on delivery nothing is paid until the parcel is handed over, so a failed attempt is not a refund. The courier collects no cash, the parcel comes back to us, and we contact you on WhatsApp. You can either confirm a corrected address for a fresh attempt, or cancel the order and the item is put back on sale. A fresh attempt is a new delivery, so the delivery charge is payable again, because that is what the courier is paid for. If the fault was ours, such as a wrong or damaged item, we cover the reship ourselves.
