Easy returns within 7 days of delivery.
You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. After 7 days, returns are not accepted under this policy.
On a cash on delivery order nothing was collected, so once the item reaches us the order is simply closed and no amount is deducted from you. Where money was actually collected it goes back to the same account within 5-7 business days of inspection. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — our team will contact you for account details.

You can return a product within seven days of delivery if it is unused, complete with accessories and packaging, and you raise the request through the Refund page using the same email and phone number as the order. Items already used, or returned without the box or accessories, cannot be accepted.
Raise the request first and wait for confirmation before posting anything, because a parcel that arrives without an approved reference is hard to match to your order. Once approved we arrange a pickup from your address, and the refund is issued within three to five working days of the parcel reaching us.
