Easy returns within 7 days of delivery.

7-Day Return Window

You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. After 7 days, returns are not accepted under this policy.

Eligible for return

  • Unused products in original packaging.
  • Products with manufacturing defects (covered under warranty).
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

Not eligible for return

  • Products showing signs of use, scratches, or missing accessories.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Personal hygiene items (earphones in-ear tips, etc.) once opened.
  • Custom or personalized items.

How to return

  1. Open a return request from Refunds & Returns.
  2. Print the return label we'll email you.
  3. Pack the product securely and hand it to the courier on pickup.
  4. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Refund timing

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — our team will contact you for account details.
