All data sent between your browser and Nyvoxa is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL. You can verify this by looking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers | only a tokenized reference is kept for refunds.
All data is backed up daily with point-in-time recovery. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate locations.
If you spot a security concern, please report it immediately via Contact with the subject "Security Report" so our team can investigate.
Order details are held on servers reachable only over encrypted connections, and access inside the company is limited to the people who need it to dispatch or support an order. The owner panel is protected by a session token that is never written into page source, and every data request is rejected without it.
We will never ask for your card number, bank PIN or JazzCash password, and no genuine Nyvoxa message will ask you to send a payment screenshot to a personal number. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of that, treat it as a scam and report it on WhatsApp.
Stay on this website and pay cash on delivery, or through the bank account we publish on the Bank Transfer page. No staff member will move you to a personal bank account or a different number, so if a request looks unusual, it is not from us.
