Please read these terms before using Nyvoxa.
By accessing or using Nyvoxa, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
See our Return Policy for full details. On a cash on delivery order nothing has been collected, so a returned item simply closes the order. Where money was actually collected it is returned to that same account within 5-7 business days of inspection.
All content on Nyvoxa (logos, text, images, product photos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyvoxa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nyvoxa after changes means you accept the updated terms.

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation, not when the button is pressed. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include no hidden charges, though the cash on delivery delivery fee is shown separately before you confirm. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you and offer a substitute or a full refund.
You are responsible for keeping your login details to yourself and for activity under your account. Please do not interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or post unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and any open order can still be completed or refunded as normal.
