Real delivery windows for the main cities

Real delivery windows for the main cities

Most people ordering online for the first time ask the same question: when will it actually arrive? Not "when will it ship" but when will the rider knock on the door. Here is a straight answer for the cities we deliver to most, based on how our courier network actually moves parcels.

Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad: two to four working days

These three cities have the busiest courier routes in the country, so parcels move quickly. If you are in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad, expect your order in two to four working days. In practice, Karachi and Lahore often land on the earlier side because there are multiple daily dispatch runs. Islamabad and the adjoining sectors sit comfortably in the middle of that range.

One thing worth understanding: the clock starts when your order is confirmed, not when you place it. If you order at 11pm on a Sunday, the count begins Monday morning once our team confirms the order and the parcel is handed to the courier. This matters for Cash on Delivery orders, because we confirm by phone before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the parcel waits, and the delivery window shifts accordingly. So keep your phone reachable for the first day after ordering.

Faisalabad and Rawalpindi: one to two working days

Both cities sit close to major courier hubs, which is why they are faster than the bigger metros in some cases. Faisalabad and Rawalpindi usually see delivery in one to two working days. Rawalpindi benefits from being next to Islamabad, so it shares that route. Faisalabad has strong direct connections to Lahore and Karachi dispatch points.

If you are ordering a small item, this speed is genuinely useful. A selfie stick tripod for a wedding or a trip is the kind of thing people buy at short notice, and one to two days makes that workable.

Multan and other cities: three to five working days

Outside the main hubs, the window stretches to three to five working days. Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot and smaller towns fall here. Nothing is wrong with the service; it is simply how many hands a parcel passes through before it reaches you. If you are ordering from a smaller city, plan around the longer end rather than the shorter one, especially near Eid or during monsoon season when routes slow down.

What slows an order down

  • Unconfirmed orders. COD orders need a confirmation call. Miss it twice and dispatch is delayed.
  • Incomplete addresses. A house number and a nearby landmark save a full day.
  • Weekends and public holidays. Working days exclude Sundays and gazetted holidays.
  • Remote areas. If your address is off the main courier route, add a day.

Small items versus bulky ones

Light, compact products move fastest. A pack of three LED remote control tap lights at Rs 1,399, for example, is small enough to travel without special handling, so it rarely gets held up.

Heavier or boxed items can take an extra day because they go through different sorting. The 47-piece foldable wireless electric screwdriver set at Rs 3,299 is a good example. It is a proper cordless drill kit with a 1500mAh rechargeable battery, so it ships in a larger box. In Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad it still fits the two to four day window, but do not expect next-day delivery on it.

The honest summary

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: two to four working days. Faisalabad and Rawalpindi: one to two. Multan and the rest: three to five. Count from the confirmation call, not the order. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, so you pay when the parcel is in your hand. If a seller promises same-day delivery anywhere in Pakistan, treat that claim carefully. It is rarely true outside a single city.

Everywhere else, and the remote areas

Everywhere else, and the remote areas

Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad get most of the attention, but most of our orders come from cities in between. So here is what to expect if you are ordering from Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad or Sargodha.

City-wise delivery times

For these cities, plan for three to five working days after your order is confirmed:

  • Multan
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • Sialkot
  • Gujranwala
  • Hyderabad
  • Sargodha

This is the honest range, not a best-case number. Courier routes to these cities are regular, but they are not the same as the daily runs into Karachi or Lahore. If you order on a Friday evening, the clock effectively starts on Monday, because most couriers do not move parcels on Sunday.

One practical point: if your address is a few kilometres outside the main city, add a day. Couriers usually deliver to the city first and then route outward. Giving your complete address, with a nearby landmark and a working mobile number, saves more time than anything else you can do.

Mountain and remote areas

Let us say this plainly: mountain and remote areas take longer. If you are in Gilgit-Baltistan, Chitral, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, interior Balochistan, or a village far from a district headquarters, do not expect the three-to-five-day window. Depending on the route and the weather, it can take a week or more, and in winter some roads close for days at a time.

Cash on Delivery still works in most of these areas, but the courier may call you to confirm before dispatching, and some far-off pin codes are served through a local agent rather than a doorstep delivery. If you are unsure about your area, message us before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic instead of letting you wait blindly.

Delivery charges are separate from the product price

This confuses a lot of first-time buyers, so here it is clearly: the price you see on the product page is the product price only. Delivery charges are calculated separately and are based on your city and the weight of the parcel. You pay the courier the total when the parcel arrives, and the rider will tell you the amount before you pay.

That means a small, light item costs less to ship than a bulky one. Something like the R1S Selfie Stick Tripod with LED Light at Rs 1,099 travels cheaply. Heavier items, such as the 47-Piece Foldable Wireless Electric Screwdriver Set at Rs 3,299, may carry a slightly higher courier charge because of the battery and the box size.

If you are ordering more than one item, it usually makes sense to order them together rather than in separate orders, since you pay one delivery charge instead of two. A small order like the Pack of 3 LED Remote Control Tap Lights at Rs 1,399 is a good example of something worth adding to a larger order rather than shipping on its own.

If timing matters, tell us your city when you order and we will give you a realistic date. We would rather give you an honest five days than a hopeful two.

When an order is late, and what to do

When an order is late, and what to do

Most Nyvoxa orders reach Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Multan in 2 to 4 working days. Elsewhere it is usually 3 to 5. So if your parcel is past that window, it is not lost. In almost every case it is stuck for one of three reasons, and all three can be fixed the same day if you send us the right details.

1. The courier missed you

Rider attempts usually happen during working hours. If nobody was home, or the address was hard to find, the parcel goes back to the local hub and a second attempt is made. This is the most common delay and the easiest to solve. If you know you will be out, tell us a time window when someone can receive the parcel, or give a nearby landmark. In dense areas of Karachi and Lahore, a shop name or a masjid close to your street helps more than a house number.

2. The phone number is wrong or switched off

Couriers call before delivery. If the number on the order is mistyped, or the phone is off, the rider cannot confirm and the parcel sits. Check the number you entered. If it is wrong, message us the correct one and we will update it with the courier. This one delay causes more returns than anything else, because after two failed attempts the parcel starts moving back to us.

3. The parcel is waiting at a partner shop

In some areas, couriers leave parcels at a nearby partner shop or franchise instead of attempting your door again. You collect it with your CNIC and the tracking number. You should get an SMS, but these messages sometimes fail. If tracking shows "held" or "at facility" for more than a day, ask us to confirm whether it is at a pickup point.

What to send us so we can chase it today

  • Order number
  • Full name used on the order
  • Correct mobile number
  • Complete address with a landmark
  • Tracking number, if you received one
  • One line on what happened, for example "rider called once, I was at work"

Send all of it in one message rather than in parts. One complete message lets us raise a courier query the same working day instead of going back and forth.

If a parcel is refused or returned

If you refuse a Cash on Delivery parcel, or it comes back to us after failed attempts, the order is closed and the stock returns to the warehouse. Nothing is charged to you, since COD means you pay on delivery. You are welcome to order again, but please fix the address or number first, otherwise the same thing happens. Repeated refusals can also limit COD for future orders.

Small, low-risk orders are the easiest to receive without fuss. The Pack of 3 LED Remote Control Tap Lights at Rs 1,399 is a good example: self-adhesive, battery-operated, no wiring, and easy for anyone at home to accept on your behalf.

If you are ordering something you actually need for a project, keep the phone close on delivery day. The 47-Piece Foldable Wireless Electric Screwdriver Set at Rs 3,299 is the kind of item you want to check on arrival, so plan to be available.

For lighter parcels, the R1S Selfie Stick Tripod with LED Light at Rs 1,099 is simple to receive and easy to verify at the door.

One last thing: keep your CNIC with you. Most couriers ask for it on COD deliveries, and not having it can turn a two-minute handover into another failed attempt.

FAQ

Aksar poochay jane wale sawalaat

How long does delivery take in Karachi and Lahore?

Usually 2 to 4 working days after the order is confirmed, and 1 to 2 days for Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Islamabad because of the distance from our dispatch point.

Why has my order not arrived on time?

The usual reasons are a courier miss at the delivery office, a wrong phone number on the order, or the parcel waiting to be picked up from a shop. Message us with the tracking number and we will chase the courier the same day.

Do you deliver to small towns?

Yes. We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan. Beyond the main cities allow 3 to 5 working days, and remote mountain areas can take a little longer.
